Eric received a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from the Kogod School of Business at American University. He has more than a decade of experience in business management and ownership and also worked for two years as a commercial property owner and manager in the DC metro area. As a native of Washington DC and a current investment property owner and manager in DC, Eric has a solid understanding of the local market from a property owner/ manager point of view, as well as a renters point of view. This is what led Eric to want to be so involved with The DC Apartment Company. As the Director of Sales, he is very excited to help bring this unique service to both property managers and renters in the Washington DC metro area. |

Justin has worked in the apartment rental /real estate business for over 15 years. After leaving Franklin Pierce College, Justin was employed by Tannenbaum & Aalok, a leading business brokerage and commercial real estate firm. At just 22, Justin was the youngest broker in the history of the company and after several years, was hired by VC Consulting Group to become Vice President of Sales. Following a successful 3 years at VC and having a need to get back into the real estate business, Justin was retained by Apartment Solutions, a Philadelphia based rental company. After 2 years, and seeing the need for a more personal touch in Philadelphia real estate, Justin left Apartment Solutions and founded The Apartment Guru Inc. in 2003. Due to high demand, Justin expanded the business into The Philly Apartment Company in 2004. |

Mikki McIntyre graduated from Arcadia University with a B.A. in International Marketing and minor in Psychology. During her four years at Arcadia, Mikki studied International Marketing and Advertising at The University of Ulster in Northern Ireland. Upon graduation, Mikki pursued a career in sales in London, England. Mikki was hired as a Sales and Operations Manager for an American themed restaurant/bar chain. She created new and streamlined systems implemented to make the restaurants run more efficiently. Upon returning to the U.S., Mikki continued a career in sales with Luxotica Sunwear in New York. It was here that Mikki lead a sales team responsible for luxury eyewear sales in Manhattan's most exclusive boutiques. A strong desire to learn and excel in the Real Estate Industry lead Mikki to begin a career with The Apartment Guru, Inc. Mikki was able to apply her strong sales and leadership skills to help grow the company and develop new business. One of Mikki's ultimate goals was to start and grow her own successful company, and The Philly Apartment Company was the perfect opportunity. |

Rich Lauletta graduated from Rider University with a degree in marketing. During his stay at Rider, Rich studied abroad and diversified his knowledge of Real Estate into the international markets of Amsterdam, Belgium, and London. Upon graduation, Rich served as a Real Estate site locator for Falco, LP, and studied specifically the Philadelphia/New Jersey real estate market. In an attempt to learn every aspect of the Real Estate industry, Rich took the role of Financial Specialist at Wachovia Bank, where he maintained a large client base and offered Commercial and Residential mortgages and lines of credit, as well as investment and estate planning. He left Wachovia after three years, in order to pursue the greatly needed creation of the company at hand. The success of the Philly Apartment Company lead to the expansion and creation of the DC Apartment Company that services the Greater DC Metro area, including Maryland and Virginia. Rich is also an active Real Estate investor/developer. He owns several apartment buildings throughout Philadelphia and New Jersey, and is currently looking to acquire properties in DC. |

Joe received a Bachelor's in Managerial Economics from Allegheny College. He developed his interest in real estate during an internship with an international real estate developer on the beaches of Nicaragua. Joe has lived in the DC metro for 4 years now and has his finger on the pulse of what people want and need in this market.

Robin is a Washington, DC native. She left the area to attend college in Philadelphia and New York City where she studied Advertising and Marketing. After spending the last ten years living in Brooklyn she is back to set up roots in her home town. Robin is excited to use her knowledge of city living to help clients navigate the apartment search process. She is looking forward to working closely with renters to help find the home that is just right for them. |
